WMA Governance Director Country Partnership vacancy for a globally operating Basel based company in the pharma sector.
Your tasks:
* Leading the end-to-end medical governance of evidence generation activities such as Interventional studies, NIS/RWE, IIT, MAP or RC
* On-boarding, supporting, training, coaching and mentoring country MGLs, ensuring that a strong, motivated and knowledgeable team is built
* Cooperating with operational managers in recruitment, on-boarding and transition as well as performance management of MGLs
* Monitoring adherence to the company's processes and standards within the assigned geographical area of responsibility
* Supporting data quality and integrity in activities conducted within the assigned geographical area of responsibility
Your experience/knowledge:
* 7+ years of relevant work experience in Medical Affairs or clinical development of medicines
* Knowledge of scientific and operational aspects of clinical drug development and Medical Affairs
* Understanding of ICH GCP and respective national and supranational regulations
* Scientific Degree, PhD, PharmD or equivalent

* Strong communication skills and the capability to communicate complex information in simple terms
* Strategic thinking and change management mind-set
* Negotiation and problem-solving skills
