Responsibilities of Sales Account Manager
*Managing the Upgrade sales process and Service Plan and establishing partnerships with customers.
*Managing resources, liaising and educating across departments - working closely with support groups in addition to close cooperation with the operational Service Managers.
*Creating and successfully implementing business plans.
*Managing the plan product mix, upgrades and pricing to agreed targets.
*Using and updating the service plan quotation system, the customer relationship management system, and other systems as required.
Skills and Experience
*Ability to understand and communicate complex technical & commercial values (Understanding of HPLC/LCMS techniques).
*An understanding of the sales and negotiation process with a proven track record of sales achievement.
*Highly motivated individual with charisma, perseverance and drive, plus the ability to work effectively in pressurised sales situations.
