Quality Manager - West Midlands - Part Time

We have an exciting Part Time position available for an experienced Quality Professional, to join a Medical Device company in the West Midlands. This position has been created through growth and expansion of the business.

This is a challenging role for someone and would see them taking on the management responsibility for Quality Management System. At the moment we see this part time role with the hours and days worked flexibly around you then gradually overtime we expect this to turn into a full time role. The successful Quality Manager will be responsible for……

*Managing and owning the company Quality Management System ISO 13485
*Instigating and implementing effective CAPA
*Conducting both internal and external supplier audits
*Working with suppliers to ensure all Quality issue are resolved and dealt with effectively

We are looking for people who……

*Are comfortable working in a small team and feel comfortable challenging people at all levels of the business when it comes to Quality Policies
*Have demonstrable experience in a similar role working to relevant ISO standards, any experience working to 13485 is advantageous but not essential
*Strong knowledge and background in electro mechanical engineering gained in a manufacturing environment
