Quality & Regulatory Manager (Medical Devices) - Manchester

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a talented QA/RA Manager to work for a growing and innovative Medical Device Company based in Manchester. Operating out of their state of the art sit, this dynamic company have ambitious plans to build creative imaging analysis solutions.

As the QA/RA Manager you will work as part of a small team and be responsible for day to day running of the Quality and Regulatory department. Using your experience and knowledge within the Medical Device sector, you will maintain the Quality Management System in place and oversee the Regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities:

-To manage and maintain the work related to the functioning of the Quality System, in compliance with ISO 13485/9001/GCP and 21 CFR 820
-Provide focus for QMS and work closely with all departments and functions.
-Act as management representative, ensuring the monitoring and reporting of key quality performance indicators.
-Manage CAPA and complain systems, including non-conforming product deviations and monitoring of performance/metrics.
-Liaise with external parties such as competent authorities, notified bodies, clinical trial sponsors and regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

-Proven experience working in a Medical Device Business
-Demonstrable experience implementing Quality Systems to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485
-Knowledge of MDD and Medical Device Regulations and their application in standalone software.
-Attention to details and strong communicator
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
