Description

Project Executive

A Project Executive position is now available at a Pharmaceutical Consultancy company in the Cheshire area, in order to offer high level administrative support to the international projects the various teams deal with on a day to day basis.

As a Project Executive, educated to degree level, you will have the opportunity to cover the administrative duties on all aspects of the interesting pharmaceutical-industry related projects in a proactive and enthusiastic manner while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

Your daily tasks will include assisting the Project Leaders by liaising with clients, setting up timelines for projects, coordinating and attending project update meetings and coordinating interview schedules. You will be responsible for developing project budgets, getting quotes from external providers and proactively managing project finances.
This role includes some elements of desk research to support new business pitches or proposals. You will also be providing support in business management and commercial activities.

You will be involved in delivering elements of literature reviews such as screening abstracts of scientific, clinical and economic articles, in collaboration with the project team. You will be responsible for the styling and preparations of manuscripts, abstracts and posters to the required journal or congress and acting as point of contact with journal/conference on submissions, as required.

Essential Requirements:

- Degree in a scientific discipline
- Excellent timekeeping, organisational and communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Great English language skills
- Friendly and enthusiastic
- Experience of using reference management software and familiarity with scientific databases is advantageous
