A top 10 multinational pharmaceutical company are seeking both Full time and Part time Medical/Final Signatory for a 6/12 month freelance contact to start Asap. The rate is £600 P/D, based in Greater London.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role supporting the newly formed Medical Copy Approval Team [CAT]. The team has being constructed to provide a new aligned approach to copy approval through the creation of a specialised platform which will cover the entire of the company's medicines and activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* 'Final Signatory': The Medical affairs signatory (MAS) will be responsible for the successful t completion of compliant review, approval and certification of the majority of UK Pharma Promotional and Non-promotional materials, activities and meetings in line with ABPI code of conduct
* Effective Project lead: Responsible for generating good project team working spirit to support the planning, coordination and implementation of activities and stakeholders.
* Governance development: Enthusiastically participate in writing, training and maintaining SOPs related to constantly enhance and improve the in-house approval process.
* Extensive cross-matrix integration with multiple teams across all therapy areas which will be demonstrated through developing and maintaining good working relationships with all stakeholders.
* Therapy knowledge in one or more of the following therapeutic areas: cardio-Metabolic, Retina diseases, Central-Peripheral NS, Multiple sclerosis, Immunology, Dermatology and Rheumatology
* An expert in copy approval 'Zinc Maps' system
Basic Qualifications:
* UK Registered Pharmacist (Pharmacists must hold an up to date registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
* Copy approval knowledge / experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally at final or near to signatory status
* Strong familiarity with and confidence in implementing compliance frameworks
* Ability to prioritise and organise workload, and think clearly under pressure and time constraints
