Do you have significant medical communications experience and are seeking a new exciting and challenging position? …

A fantastic Compliance and Quality Director opening is now available within a leading and highly successful medical communications group to join their talented team in Cheshire. The agency has offices throughout Europe and the US, and work with top pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies across Europe, US and Asia to provide integrated multichannel communication solutions.

With significant medical communications experience you will be responsible for managing the compliance and quality across the group globally to ensure that the compliance obligations of the business and its customers are met, whilst the business operates an effective quality assurance programme. You will lead the design, implementation, management and continuous improvement of a consistent and effective operating framework for the identification, management, monitoring and reporting of compliance and quality risks.

To be considered for this fantastic senior compliance and quality role it is essential that you are educated to degree level and have 10 years plus experience in medical communications within a scientific or commercial role. You will be able to demonstrate leadership experience in quality or/and compliance within a commercial healthcare services role with the ability to identify risks, draft policies, SOPs and training. Excellent knowledge of the UK, Europe and US healthcare compliance regulations and pharmaceutical codes of practice will be expected, as well as working knowledge of relevant legislations. Please note there will be regular travel to the groups additional offices.
