Market Access Consultant - Germany

Paramount recruitment is currently working with a well-established, international organisation within the pharmaceutical industry based in Germany. This is an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Market Access Consultant to take on a permanent, office based senior role within this fantastic company.

The company is an international healthcare consultancy with offices based across all across Europe and America. They specialise in providing health economic and outcomes research and strategic market access services to a vast range of scientific, pharmaceutical, healthcare and governmental body organisations.

As a Market Access Consultant you will have responsibility for coordinating Market Access projects and supporting the Market Access team and to drive profitable growth of both Market Access department and company overall.

Key Responsibilities:
*Executing project activities from start to end for projects mainly consisting of: AMNOG dossier writing, systematic literature reviews, meta-analyses and indirect comparisons, database analyses
*Developing budget impact models and cost-effectiveness models
*Setting priorities in the completion of a project in an accurate, timely and cost efficient manner
*Active participation in development and choice of methodology used in projects
*Effectively managing client interactions to ensure client satisfaction
*Discover new business opportunities in collaboration with senior colleagues and in line with the business plans
*Writing proposals and project reports

Skills and Requirements:
*A relevant MSc degree or PhD, for example in medical sciences, epidemiology, statistics, econometrics, health economics, pharmacy or any other related science
*Approximately two to four years relevant work experience within consultancy, academia, or pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Germany
*Analytic and strategic thinker
*Team player, but also being able to conduct projects independently
*Native German speaker; strong German communication skills (both written and verbal)
*Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)
*Strong interpersonal skills and an interest in working in Market Access
*Expert knowledge of the following or related programs is considered beneficial: Word and Excel, as well as SAS, VBA, WinBUGS and/or R.
