Description
Linux System Engineer-SW and HW Expert (IT) vacancy for a globally operating Zug based company in the pharmaceutical sector.
Your tasks:
* Assisting with Medical Instrument Software Projects
* Contributing to the development of in-house tools
* Building and maintaining in-house open source tools
* Troubleshooting, debugging and executing root-cause analysis for Linux or hardware
Your experience/knowledge:
* 3+ years' experience in development with C/C++, Python, Go, Web technologies and Shell Scripting
* Demonstrated hands-on experience with Linux systems - Debian/Ubuntu, GNU/Linux
* Solid background in Software building, testing, Debian packaging
* Bachelor degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent education
Your soft skills:
* Team player with a "can do" attitude; a quick learner, enjoying problem solving with an ability to work independently
