Learning & Development Manager - North West

A leading global Diagnostics Biotech company are currently seeking a Learning & Development Manager to join them at their European HQ in South Manchester. The company are currently enjoying great success and growth so it will be a very exciting time to be joining them.

Reporting to the Associate VP you will be responsible for building relationships with managers to design and implement organisational, leadership and talent strategies. You will partner with managers and the HR team to build programs that accomplish objectives such as change management, performance management, coaching, team building etc. You will play a pivotal role in implementing performance and talent management strategies such as cascading goals, talent reviews and succession planning.

To be considered for this role you will have a proven track record in a Learning and Development role. You will have a relevant degree such as Learning & Development, HR or Organisational Development. You will have demonstrable experience in developing and implementing talent strategies that drive business success, employee retention and engagement. MBTI certification is desirable as well as experience using assessment tools such as PDI 360 Feedback.
