As part of the Category R&D Team you will plan, manage and implement functional specific work associated with individual projects, solving technical and formulation challenges.

Key responsibilities are expected to include:
• Develop Consumer relevant formulations for specified skincare projects, working collaboratively with a cross functional team to ensure key requirements are met.
• Provide technical support at both theoretical and practical levels for the Skincare team, supervising and coaching R&D Assistants where appropriate.

Key experience sought:
• Graduate calibre in a relevant scientific discipline (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology etc).
• A proven track record of product development within the Personal Care/Cosmetics arena, areas such as medicated skincare, emulsion chemistry or surfactant chemistry would be preferable.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to translate a concept to a final product. Good communication skills and a strategic mindset.
