As part of the New Technologies Division, you will take an active role in defining the strategic direction and experimental programmes, with particular focus on those with structural/device elements.

Key responsibilities are expected to include:
• Working across all Categories on technology innovation projects, responsible for project management and experimental development programmes in your area.
• Define the scope of the technology programmes by identifying and prioritising potential technology sources.
• Active involvement in the ideation process and consumer understanding programmes to fuel the innovation pipeline.

Key experience sought:
• Graduate calibre with a Chemical Engineering Degree
• Proven track record of product development, ideally FMCG. Significant structural, device, or packaging aspects highly desirable.
• Strong project management skills, coupled with strong skills in experimental design and interpretation of results.
• Excellent communication skills across geographies, combined with strong analytical, influencing and interpersonal skills.
