As part of the Sensory Innovation Team supporting both the Innovation and Product Development teams you will need to be able to generate, recognise and show how insights can be leveraged to ensure the company remains at the forefront of delivering consumer relevant products.

Ideally you will have experience in Consumer Research, where you will have developed effective communication, analytical and interpersonal skills. Be able to demonstrate that you have an innovative approach to problem solving, strong influencing skills and have the potential to build rapport and be part of a team to ensure you deliver and build credibility quickly.
