Job Description Job Summary:

To build robust and commercially beneficial relationships with targeted key opinion leaders through a programme of medical education, support for research and investigation, and development of mutual interests.

Purpose
To build robust and commercially beneficial relationships with targeted key opinion leaders through a programme of medical education, support for research and investigation, and development of mutual interests.

Responsibilities
Establish and enhance the reputation of Movetis as a scientific research based organization and partner of choice for consultant clinicians interested in gastrointestinal motility

Identify and categorize key opinion leaders (KOL) with an interest in gut motility who have influence in the following capacities:
International / National, KOLs – are known and respected nationally and abroad, are invited to speak at international and national symposia
Regional / Local – have influence in a region or take a leading role in decision making that influences trusts and hospitals other than their own place of work

Identify coach and develop scientific speakers who are actively interested in gut motility and chronic constipation

Identify clinical researchers and research data potentially useful to support company initiatives and research.

Communicate complex and intricate scientific concepts, present the data and arguments in a credible and understandable style appropriate to your audience

Develop KOL advocates prepared to present Movetis data and slide decks as well as their own research

Assist Movetis medical research locally, specifically phase III phase IV and post launch activities

Work with existing and get involved in the development of new Continuing Medical Education Programmes

Through and following consultation with line manager implement local audit activities that will be of useful benefit to Movetis

At all times working within the ABPI code of practice and meet the Movetis standards of ethical practice




Personal Requirement
A minimum two years working in the pharmaceutical industry in a similar role or as a medical representative in a secondary care environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Competent project manager,
IT literate
