* Contribute to the category innovation process to create new projects and to develop new product concepts.
* Management of project priorities for yourself and your team while complying with timeline constraints.
* Using advanced technical and formulation skills to develop high performance consumer relevant products that are cost efficient.

The successful candidate is likely to have:
* A relevant graduate background, chemistry or biochemistry being highly desirable.
* An ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills combined with an intellectual curiosity.
* Product development and project management experience within a relevant environment highly desirable.
