Paramount recruitment is currently working with an excellent, well-established, international organisation within the pharmaceutical industry based in London. They are looking for a Health Economics and Outcomes Research Consultant to undertake a full time, permanent position which will be office based.

The company operates globally from offices based across Europe, USA and Asia and specialises in providing market access and pricing, strategic consulting, health economics and outcomes research to scientific and healthcare industries.

As a HEOR Consultant you will be supporting the HEOR team and contributing in driving profitable growth of both the HEOR department and company overall. Projects undertaken will involve understanding the market landscape to define opportunities, developing brand and value strategy, communicating product and brand value and building client capability.

Key Responsibilities:
*Collaborating with the HEOR team in developing a successful HEOR projects, providing data, analysis and insight for clients
*Leading economic evaluations; in particular, economic modelling and value dossiers
*Delivering expertise in one or more of the following areas: insights research, qualitative interpretation of data (e.g. critical appraisal and gap analysis), numerical analyses (e.g. summary statistics, meta-analyses and health economic models) and strategy development (either at the brand or stakeholder level, e.g. payer strategy)
*Overseeing primary research interviews with a variety of respondent types (e.g., Payers, KOLs, Health Economists, and Patients)
*Producing financial budgets and specifications for projects and liaising these with the project lead
*Discover new business opportunities in collaboration with senior colleagues and in line with the business plans
*Lead the development of new proposals and participate in pitches as required

Skills and Requirements:
*Experience in applied Health Economics
*Experience in working within a pharmaceutical industry or healthcare consultancy environment
*Experience in economic evaluations and building and interpreting economic models
*Experience completing meta-analyses and systematic reviews
*Statistical knowledge and the ability to interpret Health Economic data
*Strong quantitative and analytic abilities to integrate and analyse data on pharmaceutical access, pricing, and gross-to-net sales
*Strong communication and presentation skills
*The ability to articulate complex ideas in a concise, understandable manner
*Strong collaborative style and dedication to timely project delivery
