Description
Executive Assistant wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
Your experience/skills:
* Business school or commercial school degree
* Several years of working experience as an Administrative Expert
* Competent handling of workload coupled with the ability to solve solution individually
* Excellent administrative and coordination skills
* Languages: fluent English and German, both written and spoken, third language is a plus
Your tasks:
* Maintaining organisational and administrative tasks, such as travel arrangements, costs and calendar management for the Head Communications and Strategy Development
* Managing appointment and deadline coordination specific to the department, handling project and event administration as well as collaborating with the Finance and Control Manager to track budget and Purchase Orders
* Planning out meetings and events and working closely with assistants of other teams to advise and support them on processes, such as event management logistics
* Supporting and maintaining the media inbox by triaging media inquiries and other requests
* Aiding the scheduling of milestones such as year-end discussions and objective setting, performing team training and development as well as conducting the interviews and on-boarding of new staff
* Maintaining SharePoint sites for the department including organising the workspace and required resources
