I'm collaborating with a dynamic agency based in Central London who are looking for a strong Editorial Team Leader/Editorial Director. This person could be an existing ED or ETL looking for an exciting move, or a high flying PMW looking for that exciting step up. They're looking for that right person to take overall responsibility for the editorial group within this thriving and growing agency. They're working on a wide range of projects - ranging from pubs in respiratory, pubs and meetings in the vaccine space, to meetings for clients in women's health, dermatology and nutrition. There are many other smaller accounts such as neuroendocrine tumours and neuroscience.

You'll be line managing 5 writers & editors and provide leadership to this growing team. Contribute as a member of the senior management team and work the Group ED for resource management and identifying new BD opps - they are privately owned hence decisions can be made quickly and effectively. You would join a hardworking, fun team within a company that cares very much about its people. Good benefits on offer with a flexible working environment, they can accommodate 4 days a week. Salary up to £75k but flexible for the right candidate.
