Digital Advertising Executive

I am currently working with a leading, global healthcare advertising agency in Windsor who is looking for a digital advertising executive to join their team. The agency work with a wide portfolio of leading healthcare brands, in the UK and Internationally, including medicines to treat multiple sclerosis, arthritis, organ transplantation and cancer.

The company is looking for someone to support the Digital Operations Specialist in the implementation of digital advertising campaigns across the business. You will manage the implementation of digital media campaigns through setup and reporting.

Some of your responsibilities include:
*Liaising with the project management and development team on campaign websites and trafficking to ensure the successful delivery of ad campaigns.
*Ensure the campaign set-up meets the requirements of the Media Director
*Monitor and evaluate the response to the agency's digital media work and use data analytics to provide advice to clients to improve commercial effectiveness
*Present to clients on ongoing campaign metrics and performance, presenting digital media
*Provide input on digital media choices
*Provide support to the creative teams during the creative development stage oy offering time to discuss their creative ideas
*Analyse results data from campaigns
*Ensure that technical tracking requirements are in place
*Ensure Google Analytics is set-up in line with tracking
*Manage all 3rd party vendors and ensure tracking requirements are in place
*Assist with the coaching and development of more junior members of staff- Account Executives

The company is looking for someone who has experience in:
*Thorough up-to-date understanding of the digital media landscape and a practical understanding on set-up and management of paid digital media campaigns
*Proficiency in a third party ad server- DoubleClick, Sizmek, Flashtalking etc.
*DSP/RTB/Ad Network experience
*Google Analytics qualification desirable
*Experience using Google Tag Manager is desirable
*Experience managing campaigns through Facebook
*Specific knowledge on how digital ideas and technology can be applied in healthcare communications
*God understanding of the range of current and future technologies
*A thorough understanding of digital advertising and marketing
