Personal Assistant/ Diary Manager
London - Genomics
Paramount are working in partnership with Genomics England to expand their team in order to deliver success with the 100,000 Genomes Project. This is a challenging and fast moving project with the aim to carry out whole genome sequencing on 100,000 participants.
The overall purpose of this post is to provide high quality executive level diary management and personal assistance to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), providing efficient maintenance of the COO's diary ensuring that time management is optimised.

Key Accountabilities Include:
*Managing diaries and arranging meetings.
*Arranging travel and hotel accommodation.
*Resolving conflicting demands in planning schedules
*Acting as the first point of contact, using initiative and responding to and/or directing queries to the relevant parties
*Acting as a screening point for the CCO's telephone calls, general correspondence and e-mails, highlighting priority work and responding to queries using an understanding of the organisation
*Arranging events as required
*Preparing presentations and briefing notes as required.
*Providing secretariat services for relevant team and project meetings.
*Drafting presentations, reports, newsletters and other materials
*Proactively managing incoming post, e-mails and calls
*Operating office systems, for example filing papers, creating and maintaining databases.
Skills and Knowledge Required Include:
*Strong diary and meeting management skills with expertise in managing a complex and extremely busy diary
*Solid expertise in co-ordinating international travel arrangements
*Excellent written and interpersonal skills.
*Extensive and varied administrative expertise
*Strong organisational, time management and planning skills.
*Competent use of all standard MS Office applications.
*Good at juggling tasks and prioritising.
*Accurate, with good attention to detail.
*Understanding of standard office management processes systems.
*Experience of events or large meeting co-ordination is desirable
*Ability to build effective working relationships and influencing skills.
