Customer Service Specialist with profound Letters of Credits and Tender knowledge wanted for our Fribourg based client in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your experience/skills:

* Education in business school with further training in Project Management or export specialization, alternatively Commercial apprenticeship
* Bachelor degree in Business administration with Export specialization is advantageous
* 5+ years' working experience in International Customer Service with order processing, trading operations combined with increasing levels of responsibility
* Proficiency in Letters of Credits (LC) and Tender order flows
* Preferably Project Managing background with system skills, including coordinating systems and process evolution projects
* Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, French or German is a plus

Your tasks:

* Handling of orders from receipt of order till final invoicing and of LC and Documentary collections and also acting as SPOC of Customer Service for LC processing
* Fulfilling 1st level support for issues related to LC, Tenders and Embargo as well as being responsible for continuous process review and enhancement, further acting as Trainer for new CS employees
* Managing receipt of customer orders, review of all terms and conditions, including price and order entry and order processing according to existing customer protocol or contracts with close follow up to secure on time delivery
* Administrating issue of commercial invoices, proforma-invoices for tenders and quotations, commissions, credit notes and freight invoices
* Assisting in organization for warehouses, DCs and transportation for export of shipments and constant follow-up until delivery to the customer
* Establishing and maintaining Customer parameters in the ERP and on documents, including ECP and customer protocol or contracts
