Exciting opportunity for a confident, driven CRA Line Manager to work with one of our growing, global clients on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will have responsibility for managing 8-10 experienced permanent and/or contract CRAs. This will include setting objectives, quality supervision, performance acceleration as well as performance assessment.

You will need to be home based anywhere in England due to the S/CRAs being based UK wide and there will be travel as required.

There is no specific therapeutic area knowledge required though a range of experience would be beneficial. Our client are ideally looking for a team player with excellent communication and organisational skills who shares their enthusiasm. A good initiative is also vital as the environment is constantly changing.

You will ideally be personable and capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing Monitors. In return our client is offering a competitive salary based on experience as well as expectations.

Experience and qualifications:
* Life science degree
* CRA line management would be beneficial
* Confident with on site clinical monitoring

Additional Skills:
* People management skills
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* Excellent at multi-tasking
* Proficient knowledge of medical terminology
* GCP and regulatory compliance guidelines for clinical trials expertise
* Effective problem solver
* Clinical and outcomes Monitoring study design knowledge
