Looking for an experienced Complaints Administrator to join a multi-national innovation and technology organisation. If you have 2 years or more experience with Microsoft Excel and Complaints investigation within a GMP environment then this job may be for you………





Job Title: Complaints Administrator

Location: Leicestershire

Job Type: 12-month contract

Salary: £11.94 per hour



Job Responsibilities:



To ensure Complaints are progressed (administered, investigated and responses fed back to Customers) in an effective and timely manner. To provide metrics and reports related to complaints supporting the identification of Continuous Improvement Activities to the Business. This role will focus on the investigation of complaint samples which have been returned for 3M to evaluate.



Co-ordination of the Complaints system - from initial receipt through to response to the customer, includes the Recall Process - where appropriate.

Liaison with other sites (Source of Supply and Customers) with respect to the Complaints system

Write, review and approve controlled documents as required e.g. SOPs and work instructions
*

To provide reports and metrics in appropriate formats to customers and departments, in line with scheduled requirements and on request (where appropriate)
