Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Artwork Manager to join a Top 10 Pharmaceutical company based in Hertfordshire. This role has become available due to growth within the company and the ideal candidate will have a strong Pharmaceutical Artwork background.
*Supervise artwork operations for the region, ensuring artwork is produced on time and in compliance with Competent Authority requirements
*Manage and monitor regional artwork operations with a view to optimising cycle time, revision cycles, output, quality and compliance
*Act as functional lead for regional artwork supervisors, providing training and support, and establishing standards for the region
*Run, Analyse and Report regular KPI metrics to establish and drive performance and compliance levels for the region
*Escalate operational concerns or constraints to management.
Qualifications
*Bachelor's degree or equivalent
*Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical artwork experience
*Experience of Statistical analysis, Process optimisation, Operational Excellence, Lean Six Sigma or equivalent
*Microsoft Excel - Advanced (including pivot tables and charts)
*Excellent communicator, with management experience
