I am working with a global med comms agency who are looking to hire an Account Director with 4+ years experience, focused particularly on the healthcare advertising side of healthcare comms, to join their team based in Milan Italy.

The successful candidate will possess strong project management skills and an International mindset. They will be fluent in English and a working knowledge of additional languages would be an advantage. They are looking for someone with a dynamic personality who is quickly able to adapt to constantly changing situations and priorities, while maintaining a professional and friendly outlook. You must be a proactive and inspiring team player, able to work effectively with a remote team in different locations.

For the Account Director you must have a breadth of experience in the development of healthcare advertising/brand communication materials. They will be confident in discussing the strategy and concepts that underpin successful healthcare programmes, both those delivered F2F and on-line, and be able to contribute to the development of ideas and proposals. Experience working on projects focused on Oncology/Hematology would be particularly desirable.

While the role is based in Milan, applicants should be willing to travel to attend client meetings and major events throughout Europe. Excellent salary on offer with a relocation package.
