Exciting opportunity for a confident, driven candidate with working experience and/or strong knowledge of HR and/or psychology to work with one of our global pharma clients.
Our client, a pharma company in Buckinghamshire, are entering an exciting stage as their strong pipeline of work continues to grow. To support them in this, they are currently recruiting for a vacancy to support activities and development of programs as part of the academy team in their office.
The successful candidate should be looking to take on the challenge of working in a fast paced environment and, in return our client is offering a competitive daily rate based on experience as well as expectations. Their office has excellent links to London as well as the surrounding areas.
As this position is to support across the EMEA region and the responsibilities will include coordinating training requirements, budget creation and tracking as well as creating course plans, the ideal candidate will share the teams passion of developing the workforce capabilities and the company's learning culture. HR or psychology experience or qualifications would be beneficial and the ideal candidate must be keen to take on new challenges as there will opportunities to communicate with different teams and areas.
As the role is a long term contract we are looking for candidates who have displayed this already ideally and looking to join a company where they can put their all into this varied role.
